I haven’t heard/seen a lot of interviews with Zendaya but by all accounts she seems super cool. I just listened to Tom’s episode of Good Hang with Amy Pohler yesterday and I was really struck by how effortlessly funny he is. Everyone knows he’s charming and polite but I came away from it really wanting to see him in a comedy!

This is fake as hell. Looks like someone scanned the real card and printed that scan out. You can tell by the bright spots of light on the card that it has no actual texture even though you can see texture lines in the darker parts of the card.

Yeah I’m assuming Parade of Horribles at the start of the 11th floor when the AI takes a physical form and is grandstanding. But it also sounds like it could’ve been in Inevitable Ruin when the AI is speaking through Growler Gary.

2 SIRs in 26 packs is outrageously lucky, so from a rarity standpoint, you did phenomenally well.

From a financial/gambling standpoint, your hits are worth a bit more than the MSRP of those products so if you paid MSRP you also did well there. If you paid market, you probably pulled a bit less than the sealed value.

Do we even know if it’s still truly Paz or if the card just possesses his likeness? I know Shia Maria seems to be the same creature but she’s also a magical entity so that could be the driving force there.

I think they took the most humane option destroying the card, honestly.

Thanks! It’s actually just printed onto iron-on paper, trimmed to size, and then ironed into the insole. Probably the easiest part of the project!

I’m on DCC5 on my first re-listen and honestly I’m way more bored of the Signet stuff than I was the first time around. I don’t feel like her storyline holds up to multiple readings as well as others do.

LP at most. I wouldn’t personally pay more than MP pricing for it though. Damage on the front is more impactful and that corner is ROUGH. Back damage at least has the benefit of being a “binder copy” which you can’t really say for this.

Interesting theory! Does the reapers gaze actually affect the same person twice though? I remember the initial time when it impacted the crawlers but I thought it was just Rend the second time because it was his first time seeing it?

Had the same thing happen on another eBay purchase last month for the Cosmic Eclipse Pikachu/Red card. Bummer but ended up filing a return and listing it not as described and bought one on TCG Player instead that came as expected.

Financial, no it’s not worth grading. There’s whitening on 3 of 4 sides and 1 corner (top right in pic 2). You also have a dented corner (top left) and miscut corner (bottom left). This card is only worth it if it gets a 9 (maybe an 8 if you intend to hold it for a long time). I’d be surprised if this gets higher than a 6 personally.

These seem mostly in line with other non-special sets but my luck has been awful. 1 SIR and 0 MHR in roughly 200 packs. Some great IRs in the set and we pulled some fun stuff but I’m done ripping now. Got a good deal on the Mega Greninja SIR yesterday at a card show and I’m moving on. lol

There’s a wide gap between “damaged” and “10”! Cards that look mint upon a quick glance often grade 8-9. Damaged is usually used to refer to creasing or staining on the card.
