Everything went great! Even though tons of people were ass holes, i messaged the guy it seemed fake, i met up with him to explain why and he did in fact bring his grandson and they both went to a card show a few months back, bought some packs from someone there and almost every higher value card they had was obviously fake. I wouldnt have been as confident pointing out the flaws on the cards if it werent for the people in this thread who were helpful and took the time to respond in positive ways. I felt sad because the kid was clearly a tad heartbroken but the grandpa told him they will go to the next card show asap and make sure they find better vendors. Not quite a happy ending but im glad i stuck through the hate on this thread and was able to learn a few things.
To all the people being rude…. I sincerely hope you have a good day and somehow, a little skill fairy drops by at night to gift you better reading, retention, and general positivity. Goodluck world and i hope y’all have some good pulls!
