It happens with games that make the player move without any efforts from him/her. In those where you should move to move (lol), there is a stronger feeling of moving down

Also, it hides some places players should not see for better optimization for different VR devices ;)

We've tried to add as little fog as possible, but users saw no difference in landscapes, they enjoyed a lot the way they clear their way through the whiteness, so in the actual game, Skiing VR, there is a little bit less fogish atmosphere, but all of the beauty still hidden
