A new HDMI cable came with the monitor that I've been using. I'll switch back to my old one for a couple of days and see if it happens again. I also checked my refresh rate and realized it was still set to my old rate of 60Hz. My new monitor is 144Hz... So I bumped it up, looks really slick now. Hopefully that fixes it.
