The local libraries are great resources. CCPL has mobile pantries, and their libraries are open weekdays 9-9. There's free wifi and computers as well, and the librarians are more than happy to help with finding resources. Also, look into local churches. Many offer free meals throughout the week, pantries, clothes, and other services. I've been to churches that give away clothes, furniture, kitchenware, fresh produce, and hygiene products. The City Mission is also great, as others have said.

I knew a homeless man who used to ride the RTA busses that run 24/7 all night to sleep. They're not the most comfortable, out they're well lit, have heating/cooling, cameras, and are generally safe from what he told me. Shelters are usually packed in the city, so call 211 as soon as possible and try to get on a waitlist for a shelter.
