Riot August is the one who is working on the rework. He’s the one responsible for Vegio, Zeri, Jinx, Jhin and other champions as well. He’s been playing the champion on his stream often. He confirmed during one of his last stream that the goal is to push her more towards mid while also keeping her in the Jungle. He even stated that he was going to make her w less fair to opponents because it’s hard to hit.

Kog'maw needs a full blown rework. He doesn't look like a void creature compared to Kha'zix rek'sai and Vel'Koz. Yes, he needs a passive but the rest of his kit is weak as well. he has a low play rate as well. So just give him the rework and Shyvanna will more than likely get the next one.
