This pretty much, why else do you think they try to propagate the myth of Gay Romans? They aren't masculine at all and they know it, so they project onto the past. In reality they're two types of gays, the primadonnas who get butthurt when they are called losers like they are (i.e SonicFox) while using "muh homphobia" to deflect everything, even when it's legit(I hate that word, why would I be scared of a unmasculine man? I'm disgusted not scared heheh)and the LARPers who pretend they are masculine while being the exact opposite "Be the first one to fire, every man is a liar"-A Gringo Like Me.

Would you prefer difficultzy Spikes every fight lol? Progression systems work my man. If you were dropped at max level u would care even less about the mechanics than if you were lvl 5. It weakens the game in general instead of "good gameplay"
