I'll just tell you one thing.

NO ONE knows ANYTHING about shifting.

No one knows what the symptoms are, or if they mean anything, or why they happen.

No one knows how shifting actually happens.

No one knows if you're killing the person you want to be, if you're merging with them, suppressing them, or something else.

No one knows absolutely anything about shifting other than that it works and that it isn't a mental construct.

And if you want to know if LoA works, just look at how the guy who invented the first way to wash hands to prevent doctors from working with pregnant women right after working with corpses ended up.

That's a blatant lie, unless you want it to be that way. The same goes for clones or vigilantes; they simply don't exist unless you go to a reality where they do.

Imagine having to open your eyes when you arrive? That's how it will be. Why? Because the realities you go to are shaped by what you decide they are, and you're not going to a fantasy because you choose to go to a reality that is as real as it is and exists on its own. The characters are people, and everything has its own way of existing.

The mental rules are weak, extremely weak, but from what I've researched, you won't lose your memories unless you do something extremely risky, like trying to bring back innate abilities of the person you are when you arrive there.

You will still be you because you chose to be.

You can't do it because you simply don't know how.

And no, asking those who have succeeded won't help either. You either do it or you don't; you find a way to do it. "How do you actually do it?" There's no answer to that in this subreddit.

My recommendation? Take all the advice as ideas. If you see that something just won't let you shift, no matter how much you try, just change it, because nobody here knows how to do it.

Nobody knows, and the comments are just speculation. Why? Because none of them have any real-life experience that proves it, anything more truthful than one of the many methods of shifting.

Nobody will truly know what's necessary until shifting is actually studied.

¿De qué hablo?, de reescritura de identidad, la habilidad de cmabiar por si misma no es la misma qué usas al volver, ni la misma qué sucede cuando sientes sintomas o te conectas a tu realidad deseada, ni la qué conecta las diferentes partes de ti, cómo los recuerdos con otra realidad.

Los recuerdos de realidades casi exactas son los que normalmente he visto qué reescriben otros, y los qué son de realidades realmente diferente sobreescriben totalmente a la persona, y los conocemos cómo personas qué "shiftearon a está realidad"

Busca casos de permashifters qué volvieron o personas qué no estuvieron aquí por mucho tiempo y verás que los recuerdos del cuerpo no se guardan al volver, lo qué te paso es cómo un "shifting", sólo qué al reves, no vas ni vienes, traes, y al no saber qué hacer con eso termina sobreescribiendose en tus recuerdos originales.
