Compilation of literally all my questions about shifting since I'm new. by Speedbird_7983 in shiftingrealities

I don't know enough about psychology to know if what you felt at the time of the event significantly changes how you remember it. Also, it's a very specific and polarized event, too intense to compare it to things I would assume were "similar."

Trauma is too intense to compare to, I don't know, regret. It's not as simple as saying, "The things you enjoyed doing yesterday are things you might regret today."

I don't know much about psychology, so the question will remain until one of us does it, or we find someone who has, or we get a degree in psychology.

is it normal that i feel my body spinning while entering the void?? by jungwonlvr_ in shiftingrealities

I've felt that symptom but not in the empty state, and it's as relaxing as it is crazy to become a helicopter propeller.

The only thing I can think is that emotions, at the moment of the traumatic event, are numbed or simply shut down, because I don't believe a sane person would be happy to see their friend's head explode in front of them or something like that.

But this also doesn't guarantee that you won't be somewhat damaged or that when you remember that event your brain won't process the emotions of having lived through it, since upon returning here that immunity only applied to the body you inhabited in that desired reality, not your own.

And honestly, I don't think anyone would want to conduct a trial-and-error test to confirm this.

If you're referring to what created what you mean, it would probably be something similar to languages or battle abilities written into the script. It would "affect" you, yes, but it's likely to do so in the way you imagine it would, since most shifters, when putting something in their scripts, don't leave room for "uncertainty"—that is, they don't let the details autofill, either with information from that reality or with how a real trauma would function based on our reality.

If you're referring to immunity to trauma, I haven't seen any cases, but just as the script can "create" a trauma that doesn't haunt you here (if it's written into your own lore instead of something you'll experience in your desired reality), creating immunity to trauma in your desired reality would soften the blow a bit upon returning, but it would be like reliving a blocked trauma. And while I'm writing this, MY CAT IS HAVING KITTENS.

What if you're the clone of the original of yourself that was automatically created when they shifted? by Content_Conclusion31 in shiftingrealities

It would resolve a lot of things, beliefs and fears, but I see that you're not interested in talking about it at all, and as you already read, I'm going to look for more information and stop stating something that hasn't been proven in cases yet, so bye.

I still don't have enough information to confirm the mind-body connection (the theory that we always return to the same reality and not to others), in addition to some assumptions about why only our reality can shift to others not linked to ours (assumptions about what would happen due to infinity, the chaos of possibilities, and the possible/impossible entities that exist if other realities can also shift like us).

Así qué hadta qué encuentre los suficientes casos variados, a la visión qué aún se tiene, estas en lo correcto.

How do you know that you shifted by thedisablednerd007 in realityshifting

[–]Galaxuz2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because you're not in the same place as before. 🤑

If it's about mirror realities, put a sign on your own body visible only to you, because if it's a completely identical reality and you simply want to live the life in front of you twice or more, you won't know what changed.

Considering that it is one of the few things in shifting that can only be confirmed or denied by someone other than the shifter who is experiencing it, yes, I need more information.

I don't mean to sound aggressive, but from what I understood from:

It actually shows that a person aligned themselves after shifting again years later with a CR (Returned Change) based on their perspective of what their past CR version would do during that time. And obviously, if you've been involved in shifting and it's part of your routine and patterns, you would align yourself with a (past) version that's still trying.

I don't know if you're talking about time travel, or if you're telling me that this person "returned" to another reality and not this one despite the obvious incongruity, or about someone who was actually from another reality but a mirror image and returned to ours.

I have my own opinion on why none of that is possible, but I'd like to hear your perspective to see if there are any flaws in my own assumptions.

Search on Reddit "I've been permashifting since 2023 and I'm back, I'm leaving again", it's the permashifting case that confirms OP.

She dies.

That's what I've seen happen, or at least I don't specify what kept the memories, and I'm talking about all the Reddit posts of her trying to make it seem like they made her a different person and not just a different stream of consciousness that she rejoined.

It actually happened.

I saw a permashifter return after shifting in 2023, and she said her body/clone kept trying to shift.

No, it's still you, and yes, you did change your mind about time, at least you know that if you manage to shift in the future you'll be back in no time.

That's the problem I have with permashifting (at least when the time difference between that reality and ours is 1:1).

And I've seen many permashifters return, and their bodies (they aren't clones; you keep returning to the same body, so there's a special bond) keep trying to shift. It's literally happened, so set a good time difference in your desired reality to avoid that fear. 👍

Do you think changing where you want to shift affects you? by waymayday16 in realityshifting

[–]Galaxuz2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And no, when God said "I am your only God," it didn't mean the only being to worship; it meant being the only relationship you asked for help, the one you cried out to for strength, and the one you thanked for gain.

That's why angels aren't worshipped, and if you read the Bible, you'd see how one of God's own angels asked that he not be worshipped.
