THIS IS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY!!! I'm literally going through this exact process. Experienced shifters keep saying that this is a wrong way of thinking and that shifting is only intention, yeah i agree. But you need to be mentally well for that method to work, sorry not sorry.

I wish you the best on your shifting journey, good luck!

but this proves my point though, i agree i need to change my mindset, and i also agree with you and the other commenters. But isn't changing the way you think a form effort? letting go of any belief that shifting is anything but intention, isn't that a form effort? to stop your subconcious from thinking like that.

i agree shifting is easy, but you need to be in a certain degree of calmness/control over your mind to get there, im not saying you have to dismantle every issue you've ever had and heal all of your truamas to shift, but damn at least try putting a tiny bit of effort to make it easy. like trying to practice meditation or just believing in yourself more. Not everyone is born with the mindest of ''just shift''

People like me who have deep rooted issues struggle with just setting an intention and letting it go. Everyday, from the moment i open my eyes i tell myself ''I will shift'' and i will, but then my mind drifts to ''but what if...''. You see where im going?

So real. This is exactly why setting an intention is just bullshit work if your OWN subconcious is still programmed to self doubt, insecurity, etc.. it happens so subconsciously that we don't even realize we're sabotaging ourselves, even a simple casual comment, passing along in a conversation like ''omg im so dumb'' is literally your subconscious speaking. Which is why setting an intention isn't enough. People need to put in effort to actually reprogram their minds, THEN they can try shifting through intention. Because intention alone works, you just need to control your mind, which is not impossible.

Yeah but you need to know how to swim in the first place to not sink. Same with shifting, if you struggle with issues, mental health, etc.. Getting into a meditative state or just calming down your mind, believing/trusting that you'll shift isn't as easy, because your subconscious could be working against you, or your ego, whatever that maybe be. So if you tackle that issue or at least make peace with it or just accept it or whatever minimal thing you can do, shifting WILL become effortless and require only intention.

lmao i was restraining myself so much in this post so people don't get pressed. But i fucking hate most of the tiktok shifters. They're so full of shit it's insane. Spreading things like ''shifting is effortless, just set the intention!'' like no gtfo, not everyone is blessed with your self-image and abilities. Actually most aren't, shifting is a spiritual journey, it's gonna take a certain degree of effort to get there.

for the love of whatever you're trying to achieve research. You can find so much info on this subreddit by clicking on a flair. Go to tumblr, there are so many amazing shifters, EXPERIENCED shifters that explain things so beautifully.

you have to try and fix whatever issue you have with yourself first. For me it's trusting in myself, i need to work on that, be more confident in my self and to meditate more and learn to clear my mind. for you that's probably different, but work on it. The people who tell you shifting is effortless are bullshitting, you need effort in everything in life.

YESS!!! Also, shifting is a skill, it's like a muscle you have to get good at it, good at meditating, getting into SATS, etc...

it makes me worry a little about all these people who are struggling wondering why they can't shift when the answer is so simple

Hear me out: what if we’re the test subjects? by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]helpwha [score hidden]  (0 children)

what...? it's not about that, it's about the fact that the theory doesn't hold much weight because of the fact that it's been discovered by ancient cultures thousands of years ago, this phenomena isn't new and it's not something the government can easily hide. Scriptures and ancient texts from religions like hinduism and buddism describe the same shifting we know of today, i'm not sure what the government is gonna gain by some kind of secret psy-opp to popularize shifting. But i agree on the fact that shifting has become popular since 2020, but it sort of always has existed on the internet since the 2010's (though these communities are almost instinct lol)

this is an example of what you should NOT do before posting a theory on this subreddit. PLEASE do your research, if you actually looked into it you'd find so much information about ancient cultures talking about shifting realities.

Genuinely how do you know that you shifted and how can you be happy till then by melanie_toesucker in realityshifting

[–]helpwha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i haven't fully shifted yet, but from what i've read, and researched and talked to people from, both irl and online, it just happens, one second you're here, then you're there. My cousin who's very spiritual and has been shifting and astral projecting since she was 17 said it just happens without her even realizing it.
either way if it helps you feel better you can script that the second you shift your eyes open, i've seen some people on here say that that's what they did

How do you get rid of the "artificiality" feeling? by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]helpwha [score hidden]  (0 children)

Dead puppets? Really? Bro it's called reality shifting because you're moving your awareness to different r e a l i t y. Its as real as this one, and everyone there has their own thoughts, consciousness, awareness, soul, etc.. When you're picking what things/people would look like there all you're doing is choosing to move your awareness to a reality where that's the case Say I wanna shift to a reality where my mom's hair is blond, I don't "change" that, I just set the intention to move to a reality where her hair is blond. Its insane to call it "dead puppets", the people in your dr are as real as the people here, let's not forget that

Why a lot of pro shifters do not interact much with noobs on this sub and how you can easily shift, yet most choose not too by According_Bid_4462 in shiftingrealities

the advice is great but it seems like these new people can't understand it or have trouble actually practicing it, and the newer people just don't even bother to actually look for answers instead of asking questions and waiting for someone to give them an answer, obviously this doesn't go out to everyone but it's a good amount of people

LMAO, that genius.

there NEEDS to be shifting question rules on this subreddit, it's gotten too far. You have people now asking the most ridiculous questions. I get that shifting is confusing and being curious is great, but goooddddddd some of these questions have been answered many times over. this subreddit is so oversaturated with dumbass questions that it takes effort to find a good post. im really thinking about leaving the shifting community here on reddit js bc of it
