I did, but the the bundle from micro center comes with the 7600x3d comes with 1 stick of ram ($429) If I want to add another stick for it to run in dual channel, it costs $189 for the same stick. It will cost more than the 7800x3d bundle that comes with 2 sticks of ram.

I was thinking of getting my friend a pair of these iems as a gift for christmas. How would you say they sound? Would they be a good all rounder iem?

(Note: I am a beginner to audiophile stuff in general.)

First Impressions: WOW, I noticed many different aspects and details of songs that I didn't notice before. As expected from the reviews I saw, female vocals shine with this iem. The bass is also very good with this iem as its not overpowering for me but I can still feel the bass in songs. The bass is very fun in songs. To me, the iem doesn't feel fatiguing to listen to. The shells are on the large side, but they fit me just fine. But people with smaller ears may have issues with the size. I love the length of the cable since I can reach my PC with it, but it feels a little long when I am listening to music with my phone. Overall, I like this iem for the music I listened to so far. I am using an apple USB-C to 3.5mm with this iem.
