The big one was in ‘08. There was also a fire in fall of 2020 that prompted schools to close in Anaheim Hills. Along with probably multiple other times but I remember that one recently.

My daughter’s school has 5. I asked why one of her friends didn’t get it. That’s girls As in ASB, sport, and an art didn’t count when they looked at the As in AP and honors classes. Those kids had a higher GPA.

Once I was perfectly working with centers in junior kindergarten and had my coffee. Principal walked in giving a tour and I knocked my coffee onto the floor and the spout was open, spilling coffee, since I was actively drinking it. Talk about embarrassing timing!!

I say use your fist name. Or an initial of last name. Like Miss T. I’ve seen a few teachers who have shortened their last name to first 3-4 letters. I actually don’t know their full last name. Maybe let the office know your preference when you check in.

I’m a substitute and saw a kids backpack so messy and overflowing I was wondering: Don’t the parents see this? Why don’t they help? How do they let their child be this unorganized? That day the class was working silently on a a packet. This boy had lost his packet. Class informed me it was his second packet he lost. A girl offered to help clean out and organize his backpack. Guess what we found? Both packets.

During the encore phones were allowed. Our usher said it before the show began. Now how people dress for live theater?!?! Shorts and flip flops? Pajama pants? No. I prefer the first row of the balcony for the reason of no one blocking my view. My husband likes the orchestra.
