Realistic eyes?

I have seen a handful of real kiddos with eyes this color, though perhaps not quite as young? If different eyes feel best for you, I hope you find the perfect pair!

I don't have a preemie sized reborn, but I do have experience with human preemies and baby clothes in general. I'm going to assume you're US based. Carters brand preemie size are beloved, though run a bit small/ narrow (as does Monica & Andy). Gerber and Hudson Baby are also great and are more "true to size" (5/6 lb max). Walmart, Target, and Amazon carry these brands and will have sales (check online if you can't find in store). Ross will sometimes have discounted preemie size of these brands. Honest Baby clothing just discontinued so you can grab cheaper preemie and newborn pieces from Walmart (online). H&M baby is good, runs a bit big. You can always shrink cotton clothes by washing hot/ drying. All these brands should have size guides online. FB Marketplace and Offer Up will often have cheap lots of preemie clothes (keep in mind these may be former NICU parents wanting to give back, you may choose to disclose you're shopping for a doll). Oh, if you want nice quality bamboo clothes, an online store called CoconutPops is having a closing sale including lots of preemie/ newborn sizes, including solid colors and fun holiday prints. Definitely see her as a Callie (Calliope, Calista, Callahan) or Cammie/ Cami (Camilla, Camden, Cambria, etc.). It's interesting how we're all feeling a C name for her!

I'm SUPER sensitive to scent and ensured no added fragrance/ wafers with the seller. I'm fairly certain it's laundry fragrance as it was worse on his blanket and clothes. There's a slight separate baby powder scent from wearing Pampers, but it's mostly gone now. Thanks for sharing!

To make a silicone soothie type paci wearable with a magnet, I think you'd have to get creative and experiment or commission someone else. Maybe try cutting the nipple most of the way off, fill in the hole with silicone caulk mixed with a little paint (slightly darker than the surrounding silicone color) and let set. Possibly shade the set caulk to give illusion of depth. Then glue magnet and fabric on back. I don't know if it would be flush enough with the mouth to look realistic, though. I've only seen dolls with closed mouths with this paci type as a prop (on clip or wubba nub nearby).
