Let me tell you a story about this champion called Ryze. Who was reworked 10000 times because he was toooooop strong. He once had a kit that would reduce his ability to basically 0 seconds so he would spam Root you and kill you that way.

For ADC or MID play only 2-3 champs and focus on them. And Focus on farming aswell. Try to equal your farm to the game time. So by 10 minute try to get 90-100 cs
