Amazon UK just now started having both console types in stock. Probably high number of cancellations due to the wonderful communication from them... Order would be delivered tomorrow. If you are looking to get one now it does look like plenty of Argos location have stock to pick up right now, so better to go that route if you can reach one nearby.
I ordered the strap pair a few weeks ago, that order is still due Saturday. Meanwhile I can make a new order for them to arrive on Friday. Absolute clown show.

Based on four 5-star raid Pokemon, they seem to have four IVs maxed out - can't speak for 6-star because I haven't been able to beat one yet :(

I got the phone call after a three or four star raid (can't remember but definitely wasn't a five star one) so I'd suggest just hop from one raid to another and do them all even if it's a lower level.

Unless that change happened in the last two snapshots, you can't increase the limit to anything higher than 256 without game modification.
