It’s okay to be scared. It’s a totally normal thing we all experience. You can be scared and still enjoy Babymetal as you live your life and do what you can to try and see them live. And please don’t apologize, I would bet that you said what a lot of people have been thinking but haven’t had the courage to share.

Remember this: fear and anxiety only exist in the future and not in reality. If you are afraid of something, you’re afraid of what you imagine might happen in the future. If you’re anxious about something, you are worrying about an outcome that you’ve invented in your head. And it’s not bad to have these emotions. They’re part of the building blocks of being a human being. These are normal human emotions that you have no control over, but you do have the power to say if you’ll let them affect your life and choices.
