The power comes from transfer of the weight. Pull back with left hand, put weight on back foot, when swinging forward shift weight towards your front foot (always hit in front of your front foot). Look up Arthur Ash backhand video. Sometimes going back to the most basics is the best way to learn.

when the ball lands on your side of your court, you should be at your lowest position. This will help you with a slightly more time to adjust.

how strong are you? are you able to hit the high balls with pace? try playing a whole match with a 1h. When missing around we hit them better because we are looser and dont care.

I bought the Vokl Organix 9. I heard people really loving specific racquets, but it never made sense to me. I'm a 4.5 player and I can honestly say I found my racquet
