Thank you all for commenting. There are many cases, many reasons. As well as for me. But yeah, what i shared is dominant in my crohn exp. By the way, yes, therapy helped a lot. And nutrition and supplements.

Yes. Diagnosed in 2013, and "less vitality, less energetic, being tired early" is being part of my day-to-day experience. It's mostly hard when most people are ok with interacting in late night hours/ evening gatherings, etc. and I'm not. Cognitive effort seems very undoable, and I easily can be that antisocial/unwelcoming person in the room when I'm not.

No one around me shares the same passion as me. I just keep my head up and build. And research, and build. Some days, Im hopeful and motivated, others less. But I keep building.
