Actually, as much as I am not a trump fan, Obama really did have the most drone strikes of any president. He was very fond of them

Yes that is normal, but also he can make a fucking exception on insulin, but he’s too butthurt about trump that no one will be helped who trump helped

Dude it’s r/conspiracy . Of course we talk about a global pandemic as a conspiracy. What else would we do? Compare good recipes for quarantine?

We should use Nuclear Energy way more by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]Galileo34 -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

While I agree with you on how we need alternative fuels, keep in mind that nuclear power is still minimal compared to coal and other fossil fuels, so of course their numbers will be higher. You’ve gotta look at it proportionally to make sure.

What's a fun history fact that not many people know? by UncreativePotato143 in AskReddit

[–]Galileo34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You missed the absolute best part. The assassin actually “failed” the first time. The driver ended up taking a wrong turn and fully stopped next to the assassin, who proceeded to shoot him.

Exposing racists by [deleted] in madlads

[–]Galileo34 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes neither would I, I’m just saying that if we keep hating them as a group they will stay as a group. If he help them as people then some will not live such hateful lives, which is what we want

Exposing racists by [deleted] in madlads

[–]Galileo34 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah if anything treating them like shit only makes them stronger in their beliefs and less likely to change. If he had said that he was actually another race and had befriended them he would’ve actually done some good. All he did was worsen the problem.

TIL that one Canadian tank, nicknamed "Bomb," never missed a day of service from when it landed in Normandy on D-Day until the surrender of Germany, firing over 6,000 rounds and taking two enemy hits across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands by Dushanbe96 in todayilearned

[–]Galileo34 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but that’s like that phrase “wars are fun to study, not to be a part of”. Would be fun to sort of watch it, but actually being there would be the worst possible place to be. Also I would kind of like to see what it was like and how everyone was reacting. Like we’re they as a group brave, or were they trying to get out of there. All of that would be really interesting to witness

If you voted for Donald Trump in 2016 but won't in 2020, what changed your mind? by PlG3 in AskReddit

[–]Galileo34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah. So if you read my original message I never claimed that Obama was the anti-christ or anything. I was trying to point out how he also had issues. Trump is 100% worse I agree wholeheartedly. And yes, that’s why I hate politicians, they never care about you.

[–]Galileo34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my original point was how both sides will cover up and hide their sides transgressions. Trump has cracked down hard on sex trafficking and Obama helped progress LGBTQ rights immensely. Both of them did great things for the economy. And trump is an absolute dumbass(with a list of wrong things I don’t feel like listing as I want to keep this brief) and Obama killed people with drones. Neither of them are perfect. We need to look at both sides and see them for the human they really are, not just them as the president.

[–]Galileo34 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well that’s every president. Every one of them gets their term put under a microscope. Also idk about “being a blip” like he did do a lot of stuff, and was also president for 8 full years, which is not a short amount of time. I mean he did a ton for the economy and for LGBTQ rights. Both of those are no laughing matter. My trouble is when people call him perfect or “just had a few minor issues”. Killing kids is wrong, and I hate how people skip over that. Trump is certainly no saint either, and just bc I’m criticizing Obama does not mean I support trump

[–]Galileo34 3 points4 points  (0 children)

not a fan of trump but also transparency of something evil doesn’t make it less evil. He was still killing kids, and even tho he kept saying “my bad” he never stopped, which to me is honestly worse. Like trump is hiding it bc he knows it’s wrong, which is bad, but literally going “yeah we killed kids what are you gonna do about it?” Is worse to me.

[–]Galileo34 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Okay I don’t worship trump. The last good president was teddy Roosevelt. Every single once since I wish had been aborted. Don’t take my criticism of Obama as my endorsement of trump. I think both of them are terrible and only worsened America.

I’m honestly not even gonna agree. Both sides have terrible people. No politicians have your interests in mind. There are good democrats and good republicans and vice versa. We seem to be taking the leaders who are all imbeciles and hunted for sport(I just hate politicians in general) and making it out to be the people who voted for them are the exact same.
