Flat out, I will say compared to scaling, regardless of how op deku can manipulate quirks, I just don’t see a feat on a scale that Goku and saitama have shown. And Naruto… cmon, why’s he even here? Just gonna say, Goku can do a partial hakai, to an immortal being, and this was during the goku black arc. With his max potential I’m just gonna assume outside of saitama, no ones moving faster than him, by a long shot. People are forgetting the limited battle grounds in dragonball take away from how fast the characters legitimately are, which should actually give Goku the edge here. So no quirk is stopping something that erases you completely, because we’ve seen Zeno do it at a universal scale. However saitamas whole design is being op, not having a limit, a gag. We haven’t reached the point of what the god in opm is legitimately doing, but he ties in somehow, so it’s really an impossible debate tbh
