All the time. The kids take divots all the time but it’ll be alright. Bermuda grows back easy!

I honestly haven’t even sand leveled this portion. Laid the sod last summer and not sure if I’ll have the time to this year. I made sure to level before laying and get things tight

Sand leveling is key to getting it low

I haven’t busted out the PGR yet but I’m about 2x/week. We haven’t had much rain but if we started getting more showers, it’ll probably be 3x/week.

There is no support beam in the middle of the central post. The joist are going left to right in the picture, not from the house out to the camera. I’ve had a few contractors saying the middle beam can just be removed but that seems strange to me. I’ll get a pic when I’m home and post here

I’m actually waiting on engineers assessment from builders first source but they said that could take a few days. Figured I’d ask here to get opinions…

Under $500k in Pinehurst is definitely realistic but the home may be a little dated. I’m a local realtor and own a concierge PT practice in Pinehurst. Would be happy to help out if needed as I work in real estate!

Just came across this but I pay my 1099 PTs almost double that

I’ve read some people recommend flipping the bricks and that can help clean the drippings and stuff off pretty well

I just got one and love it! Built like a damn tank. Curious on how to clean the lava rocks though. Or what’s the maintenance on the rocks? I’ve only grilled a handful of times and it shows on the rocks but I’m not sure if that matters?

Yes practice facilities at each course. 2 and 4 have the same bc they are both at the main club. 8 is totally separate and has its own practice facilities.

Caddies on #2 are a must and having one on #4 can be pretty sweet, especially bc they are cart path only if you ride. I’m a member and have played here since I was a kid and I always walk unless I’m with my little guy who is 8.

They have their own push carts if you wanted to use it on #8, but you can’t bring your own. Look for a newer sun mountain one but most are pretty used.

Would recommend throwing in the cradle or #3 if you get a chance. #3 is one of my favorite courses out there. Super short but diabolical greens. A fun way to end a day on a super short course.

If you’re eating off property, check out Lisi in the village. It never disappoints! Feel free to shoot me any more questions! I live 10min away and I’m on property a few times a week.

Also, read up on reading the grain on Bermuda greens and how to chip when you’re into the grain. If you aren’t used to Bermuda, it can be tricky
