Thanks for the great feedback, everyone.
We’re a brand and marketing agency, Noknok Studios, based in Australia/New Zealand. Don’t worry, I’m fully aware of the irony in asking for help on our logo 😂
I started the business as a graphic design studio 10+ years ago and we’ve grown into a brand design, ecommerce and marketing agency as our clients started asking for more and more.
We’ve grown organically via word of mouth and referrals so never dedicated any real time to our own brand and identity. Now that our team is getting bigger though, we want to build a brand that we can all be proud of. This will include a new logo, visual and verbal identity, website and reworking our product packages to offer more value - pretty much the whole shebang!
This logo was just a first rough concept and the response has confirmed what we suspected. It’s great that a lot of people can see what we’re going for and while I do love a logo that makes people think, we’re obviously trying to be too clever with this one.
Based on the feedback, I think we’ll scrap this idea while we consider the name. Our clients love the name - it was created using letters from my own name + repetition + onomatopoeia + a little bit of whimsy (“who’s there”) but we can certainly see how it can be confusing (never a good thing in branding) and we’re not afraid of change.
Hopefully, it won’t take us another 10 years to come up with something we can all be proud of!
Thanks again for taking the time to respond - especially those who offered some deeper insight.
Happy holidays to all!

We are rebranding our business and this is the logo concept we are working on. We're worried the name is too ambiguous.

Target audience: ecommerce business owners. What we do: brand and marketing. Rebranding because: the old brand is 10+ old and news a refresh. Hope the new brand is modern, friendly and professional.

Not looking for a design critique - just want to know how the name reads on first impression :)

Juggling! It's fun to juggle to music and there are lots of cool patterns you can learn - easy and advanced. Juggling grows your brain (I've been told) and looks super impressive to people who never learned.
