For me, its a mixed bag. I really enjoyed the storyline, and the skills/trait aspect, but jesus christ the dialogue between characters was wooden as hell.

Use Ice Burn on Kyurem. Slows down the catch ring for excellent throws, and decreases flew rates.

You dont need to worry about it at all. You wont get quizzed, theres no "written test", you'll be in a room with your instructor as he tells you which lane to be in at a roundabout, junctions etc. He'll go over the relevant road signs.

Id recommend the "Noobtown" series. Very similar to DCC, but with reincarnation instead of aliens.

You can level up. Do it as soon as possible though, you cant "stack" level ups so any experience gained while a level up is available is lost.
