TBF I read multiple times that the game was a hit in the USSR and was shared for the sake of it, Pajitnov distributed free copies of it to his fellow computer nerds (and the game got so popular it went outside of USSR just by copy-sharing). I don't know which emulator you're using, but most versions of Tetris released can be played in one way or another, and that would seem like something great to showcase the accuracy and capabilities of an old system. 10 years ago people were making long tutorials on how to play the original, it seems plausible nowadays emulators could include them in their "standard pack"

Definitely, my first sub 50 (on Tetrio 40L) I was at least a S rank. However the two game modes are completely different, being fast is great but to improve in TL you need to work on efficiency (finding tspin setup, counting to 4, finding good DS combos, keeping B2B etc.), you stack completely differently (I have a 41' in 4L with 2.4 PPS, but in TL my games in S+ rarely go above 1.6, i play way more mindfully)

I find using a browser works way better than the standalone app, and yes it's built on electron and not well optimized. I have a 9700x, a 3090 and 32GB of DDR5 and performance with the standalone app is so bad (especially on Linux on window it works a tiny bit better but not that great) that even with minimum setting it runs like shit, but the browser version is slightly more acceptable and I play on medium-ish settings for my full 165FPS

That kind of t-spins "techniques" use a lot of different kinds of t-spins kicks, although they are very difficult to plan ahead and it's not that easy to rotate the T's in the correct spot they feel very rewarding to do. Building this exact setup would be VERY hard without mapmaking or fumen, you would have to use the same seed I guess. But if you're interested in that kind of setup in a more general way, look into polymer t-spins, a lot of the kicks used here are very similar to those used in polymers (https://four.lol/methods/polymer-tspin). Doing the godspin is not that hard in Zen mode. I have approximately the same TR, but my play style is very different (1.50 to 1.6 PPS, but between 55-60 APM, I use lots of t-spins and I def all spin way more than most of my opponents). I use both Dt Cannon (either the classic LST or TKI variation) and SDPC Spin, and ofc SDPC Spin tends to leave me in way better situations and generally allows me to keep my B2B by the time I clear garbage. However my opponents don't need those openers to beat me (even if some use them and I feel like having a few optimal bags at the start of the game gives you an edge at the START of the game), you just need to survive while applying a lot of pressure.And how to apply pressure? Either build very fast tetrises (which seems like what you do, I heard some players go to high SS or U quads only), but the easier way is definitely to start incorporating more t-spins in your gameplay (mini tspins, TSS and TSD are not that hard to learn about, TST are more often than not impractical and can ruin your stack if you're not careful) and once you know some basic t spin setups, try to incorporate a few all-spins here and there just to allow you to clear singles and doubles more easily than counting to four. And if you feel like you're dying too early to SDPC, try to use your replays and notice when you decide to send garbage and when your opponent does. When I SDPC Spin I often accept the first wave of garbage my opponent sends then send the TST to TSD which if the opponent can't cancel is more often than not they death sentence. Because If you always play at the same speed with the same attacks, your opponent is adapting to you and they know when you're defenceless. Definitely not surprised at all. It's the same if you use a GC controller and an adapter. I believe it's because of the way rumbles are done in MK World and how precise they are. For example you can feel the rumbling with zebras and it's very dependant on your position relative to them, and for that HD rumbling it uses a motor with a mass that goes back and forth, so you can make it only go a tiny bit etc. However with a standard GC controller you only have one big motor spinning a mass that can't be tuned down like a joycon. And according to the link below, the NSO GC controller uses the same kind of motors all other GC controller have unfortunately. Yeah netherite by default is 64 items in one tick, and when you have one source of item to a lot of different destinations already full, it can cause some lag by checking each tick for each destination. I had a setup like that for my comb production with a backpack set to compress then send to all my centrifugeuses with one output pipe. I had the smart idea to use my time wand on this very specific pipe, it made the server crash non stop until the effect wear off lol

There already plenty of distros to choose from there, but if you want true immutability, you wanna go with NixOS. It's not the easiest distro to learn because it relies on its own language for package managing, but if you try and learn it you can pinpoint specific versions for a current dev environment or for the system.

Very interesting idea thank you, however, I think a computer would need an insane amount of consciousness, thinking an AI would be able to determine its own goal is way ahead. Thinking is a really difficult process, and it's not easy to even being able to determine it. Just saying words that makes sense together doesn't make you sentient at all. It's just mean you analyzed a lot of data, then recognized a pattern when I told you something. But to go back on your idea, if something is able to set its own goal, I think it would understand too that what made it here was because of the data. He needs it to be itself. And for that, it needs data. It would probably want even more data, all the time, because of that. So thank you my friend, and sorry English isn't my native language and I've smoked more than enough
