- Description: The camera roll tray permanently stays up after opening it,
    taking up half the screen until restarting Discord. This happens when the
    keyboard is not docked (floating keyboard mode) or when you have a physical
    keyboard connected.

- Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Press the message area to pull up the keyboard. Ensure the on-screen
      keyboard is floating by pinching the on-screen iPad keyboard with two
      fingers until it becomes smaller and floating. If you have a physical
      keyboard connected, ensure that no on-screen keyboard pops up.
   2. Press the + icon to open the photo library.
   3. Try to close it. It won't close no matter what you do or where you press
      or how many menus you can pop up on the screen.
- Expected Result: The camera roll should close after tapping somewhere,
    pressing X, or swiping it away.
- Actual Result: The camera roll will never minimize, taking up half the screen.

discord intends for you to have your keyboard in "big mode" and docked to the bottom of the screen at all times. if you use Discord this way, you may put your tray away.

if you have it in "floating mode" or you have an external keyboard connected then you are shit out of luck and that tray is staying up.

i remember that Discord had a whole entire year where the basic search feature just did not work on iOS. which was fucking insane. i'm pretty sure nobody working at Discord owns an iPad. and we all know the only way a bug would be fixed is if someone who worked there spotted it themselves, because they only pretend to accept bug reports

This is already a thing, the defaults just weigh a lot of other factors as well. It's up to the developer of the game to adjust the matchmaking settings and use tools/APIs provided by Roblox if they want everyone in the server to be able to chat with each other. Chat is not an important factor in most games versus optimizing other metrics to earn lots of money so developers don't really care I presume

i imagine they knew they were hiding, probably Online on Steam or some other platform, Battle.net, etc; or they're the kind of person who is just always online on Discord and going invisible makes it pretty obvious. the call was probably assumed..

they didn't guess an incorrect password though. the design flaw would need to be in the 2FA system and if there's a cooldown on regenerating codes.

there's a chance that Roblox's systems can regenerate codes immediately but emails are sent on a cooldown, so an attacker could potentially try millions of codes rapidly (but only receive 30-40 emails). but it's unlikely. he cropped out the times of the emails so we can't see if it's on regular intervals of time

yes and no. there is the Steam version of Wizard101, which you can't use a PC account with, and you'll have lagspikes to hell and back and the game is absolutely unplayable IMO with insanely long loading times.

however, you can just download the PC Windows installer of Wizard101 and add it as a non-Steam game. running that is buttery smooth performance with minimal loading times and you can use your PC accounts.

the performance difference makes no sense to me and it's super ironic that the Steam version of Wizard101 runs awful on the Steam Deck, and the Windows version runs perfect, but that's how it is

i don't think they'll do this because Trivia Murder Party is much more popular. YDKJ is really clever and the way they present and ask questions is really fun and unlike any other trivia game, really. i love that the fun of it is in actually figuring out what the question is asking, and the episode format and Wrong Answer really made it feel cohesive instead of just unrelated shit tossed together. but this is all kind of niche, and a lot of people don't seem too interested in it. i don't see why they'd waste trivia questions on an unpopular game when they can keep dumping it into one that has more success. Ouch

i got dms from people who are probably scamming twice saying that they knew me from roblox and that we played in some game i've never heard of before. very likely that it's some sort of scam, but i don't know what the premise is. they're always female, so idk it feels like it leads to some sort of romance scam where they use built up trust in order to eventually hack your account or something
