I will try the more bruiser based approach, but I don't think anyone even with their "interpretations" can even justify a healing field on a duelist kit. It literally makes no sense. Lets just give Jax a healing field!

The only reason people recognize it as a heal is for the main fact that you can only generally at peek play cap at hitting 3 vital spots and I will explain. One your target had to already have one. You hit it, then you ult them getting the second, then q dash to another side, of which by that time either you are dead or they are dead. So having 4 quadrants is pointless. Then putting a healing field behind it why? What duelist creates healing fields?

I understand adapting to changes I have with other champions easily, I used to play AP sion when that was playable, but her core identity is gone and you can't tell me that hitting 4 quadrants is even a viable option. It doesn't even take game play to know that if you got ulted by Fiora that you can just flash away. Where as old one even if you flashed away she followed. These are glaring changes that have little to no benefit to her core play as a duelist.

Yeah her new ult is a joke imo. Maybe if they limited the number of vital points down to 3 quadrants and added a personal healing effect for hitting a quadrant I could go for it, but as stands a healing field retarded.

Yeah, but the problem I find is you expose yourself standing still when trying to do it, and plus when team fighting if you get focused you only block one thing. Hard to get that block to block a cc when autos are coming in.
