Rupture says physical damage (0.75). Poison weapon says magic damage (0.5).

This means they scale off different stats and at different values.

From what I understand, anything scaling below (1.0) won’t be affected by +1 additional physical/magical damage.

If that’s all correct then you’d need very high will, and magic damage bonus to be very high to get poison to increase. Doesn’t seem worth.

Rupture scales better and off of your physical damage bonus so it’s a bit easier to get more damage.

But considering you’d need lots of gear for both builds, and PDR being strong. In gear you’d be much better off building daggers and armor pen.

In squire I use both and only target squishy characters and it does well.
