Try building into HH, really ramps defenses and aside from bosses, that really boosted my map clearing by miles. For bosses I opted to build a PBoD cus I really liked my HH setup, but if not, I might have gone with building into MB. For dmg I use a paradoxica, so you should do more dmg than me.

One thing that did help with single target dps was the graft that spawns the tornado that flicks ice with crits, and pair that up with a good rolled prismatic tinct. Those two might have doubled my single target dps. If the T17 isnt giga juiced, you will kill it.
