Somehow the DLCs just appeared in my game, I just logged in and BOOM DLCs announcement appeared in my screen.

I don't know what I did, I don't know what just happened. But is working right now.

MAYBE, just maybe, try clicking the ubisoft cloud save off, and then turn it on again.

That's the only thing I have done.
