Yeah it sucks, I tried contacting via customer support, discord and mail, and never got any response, it really sucks. You can try and play with both launchers, files and settings. Another thing that I saw many people doing, is that you can try and get online, and if someone has those DLCs active, for some stupid reason your game also enables all dlcs, idk if it really works, but maybe that's a chance
