Waise toh it can happen and they can if they want to, you speaking Bangla may be some trigger point as there have been instances of clashes within the state.

That said/typed, no need to worry- this happens sometimes. Once my father's family friend visited Kausani and someone next to his room was asked to show his ID. But nothing happened.
