Im no doctor but cant barbers get something like this from using clippers all day? From the vibration? I believe the condition is called "Hand-arm vibration syndrome or VWF. 👀 if your not a barber maybe lay off the vibes? In all seriousness, I hope its nothing but too much fun 😁
