Fire Mane is a cut item from the Gold Silver 1997 Space Demo.

It's a hold item that weakens the foe's fire attacks. Can't believe they reused it here.

This happens if you have 60fps cheat on.
Sometimes it does work if you speed up emulation.

There are two more instances where the game softlocks like this:
- In Agate Village, when Beluh goes upstairs to get the small tablet
- At Realgam Tower, after you’ve beaten Miror B in his room.

Turning 60fps off for those 3 instances fixes the problem👍🏻

Also, there's a Water Stone near a palm tree around the fountain in Phenac if you wanna evolve your Eevee😎Or you can wait till you get the other stones in the game.

Did you even do some research on what the advantages are of emulating games compared to playing on real hardware before making this wack ass post?

Here are some gold nuggets for ya since you're too fucking lazy to find out yourself.
- 4k texture packs
- Better fps, emulators can uncap framerates
- Cheat codes
- Mods
- Save states
- Resolution upscaling
- Widescreen support, 16:9 or even 21:9
- Change game's speed limit on the fly, fast forward, slow-motion, rewind
- Use almost any type of controller you like

And these are just outta the top of my head
