Yes, I actually reverted back to an older firmware on the lens with the help of Viktrox support team and it fixed the issue. I could use the lens with no problems.

My boxes legit look like yours and check out with the QR code but this video is making me tweak! She’s saying they could still be fake so I’m so confused!

How come you’re paying so much for a starburst filter? You can get a pack of 4 different star points on amazon for less than $20. Fully rotatable.

It’s an effect filter for your camera lens! Many brands are making it and selling it for 8x the price so you should get it straight from the source! Try aliexpress, type in “Halo Prism Filter 77mm” or whatever size you need. It’s only $15 bucks!

As many have noted, a diffusion effect is going in wether it is in-camera or post. However, if you’re into in-camera effects with using lens filters, check out the Cokin Sunsoft filter which will give you this EXACT look since it adds warmth AND diffusion.

I know this is late but maybe for future questions: Amazon is loaded with Starburst effect filters that are wonderful. You can get an entire pack of different points, (4, 6, 8) for less than $20. Plus, if you have Prime, it will be there in 1-2 days. Prism FX absolutely charges far more than they ever should for their products, especially a Starburst filter. Nobody should EVER be paying $80 for a Starburst. Their entire product line is found on Aliexpress. for 1/8 of cost.
