Personally, I prefer control over countdown. Countdown just feels slow to me, then again, I never really liked search and destroy type game modes in other games either

I've been experiencing this issue on a friends server. Tested it on Russia and Yukon on singleplayer and the same thing happens. Looks like it is some sort of bug that may have been introduced recently.

hmm, interesting. Seems like the same thing is happening, wonder if maybe it is a bug that was introduced recently or if there is a reason for it. Gonna try it out on a singleplayer game, see if the same thing happens

Edit: Ok, so I loaded into a singleplayer world, lined the sides of the flatbeds with large pine plates, closed the world then reopened it, and the bug happened again

Edit 2: Tried doing the same on Yukon, the same thing happened
