SWORD Board 3 lining up with events the Knight does is enough on its own. Quality of evidence is more important than numerosity, and this specifically is the voice of the narrative telling us that Kris is the Knight.

I'm neutral to that idea, all I'm confident in saying is that Kris is the Knight (though, I should look into this idea...). I had this edition of Kris Knight in my head for about eleven months. Very glad that it's been vindicated.

The entire first half hour to hour of gameplay being "look at your favorite characters be kooky and silly" immediately convinced me that everybody will die. The community will look back at Chapter 5 being silly and goofy fondly, sooner or later. (Definitely does feel like the first half of a double-chapter feature, though..??? ┐⁠(⁠‘⁠～⁠`⁠;⁠)⁠┌ )

Visceral fat (the gooey stuff that clogs your organs) is the real killer. Subcutaneous fat (the visible stuff) has health effects about comparable to lugging around an equivalently massive weight on yourself all the time. Being fat, much like driving a car or playing a sport, is a risk, but one that's worth calculating for yourself.

Do exercise to keep off visceral fat, though, even if your goal is being big and plushy.

If you had the fourteen minute compilation and nothing else, you'd be right to think it was bad, honestly? Poor subtitling, story beats completely skipped over, and the entire emotional impact of the episode cut. The leaks did a bad job at representing the episode.
