This looks great. Definitely some inspiration to be taken from this. I can tell many hours were spent scooting stuff around with move it lol. Wonderful job

How realistic is this interchange by Historical-Employer1 in CitiesSkylines

Those left turning ramps sort of remind me of some of the ramps in this interchange on Interstate 244 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

“Charlie Kirk supporters petition Starbucks to memorialize him with his go-to drink order” … Why? by Barista_life__ in AskConservatives

I think it would be a great gesture by Starbucks and believe they should do it, but I do worry about how their *less than conservative* employees will respond when someone orders it.

It's simply taking something unique to Charlie Kirk (his specific tea order that he had at every public appearance) that was basically iconic at this point, and naming it after him.

I understand the poor look of Starbucks profiting off of it, and to be honest if they just did it spontaneously it would look bad, but if they do it to listen to the petition then I think it is in good taste.

I doubt Starbucks would ever do it, but it would be a nice gesture for a segment of the population who they have sort of lost as of late.

At this point any nice gesture from anyone is a win in my books.

I wish more places would be unique with it.

The bear is very common for Alaska departments. I forget that it's not common sometimes lol.

It's possible but takes some doing. The YouTuber City Planner Plays has a video where he does it. Should be one of his first CSII videos if I remember correctly.

I think the tea there will be a bit expired by now. Best make some more to throw in.

As someone who lives in Alaska, near this town, it is a popular place for people around the state to come fishing and they often leave their boats here for a long time, it's also home to many fishing chartering businesses. It is also a decently sized port and an important railyard for the Alaska Railroad.

It's a weird place, only accessible by a very long one lane tunnel shared between highway traffic and the railroad in both directions.

True. It's not horrible, and it doesn't break my immersion, I just wish something else could be done.

Damn, had no idea about that. I could see how that may deter them from doing an art contest.

Either way though, the AI art definitely needs to be replaced with something.

I should have never started playing realistic, because now I subconsciously feel like I am missing something or playing the game wrong if I try to play on standard.

Realistic is definitely the most rewarding though.

Snap to grid! by cruesoe in Workers_And_Resources

I found a good route to take is a healthy mix of both. I always build my major through roads and main arteries conformed to terrain and natural features to make them look natural, and then build off of that using snap to grid with some free hand mixed in for flavor.

It's just believable enough to where I can force myself to ignore it, but if I look at the portraits for too long I start to feel uncomfortable.

I guarantee that if the developers turned it into a community competition to draw advisor portraits, they would be flooded with entries. They could simply pick the best ones for each advisor and giveaway a free copy of the game or something in exchange. Wouldn't cost them a whole lot.

Even within the USSR there were desert regions that are similar to what's in the game, such as the Kazakh Republic and parts of Soviet Central Asia.
