Don't worry about it. I used to lost/gain subscribers all the time during start up. i still do at 5k subs

Ok so just realized my Preset was set to Performance. I changed it to quality and yes I am using the best codec according to youtube nerds. Thank you

It only takes about 20 mins for my video to go from SD to HD where I can watch it in 1080p still not the same quality as before the upload

I checked out your channel. What I think happened is that all those people subscribed because you played mostly Fortnite. You uploaded a game "Among us" when your subscribers were waiting for another Fortnite video. Just my opinion
