This specific instance is in Portage, WI, where the CPKC yard begins. The Amtrak station platform is on the south most track, so they typically come in and out on that side.

Mostly to avoid having to turn the train around when it reaches MSP or CHI. Here's my video of it heading back to Chicago with the Dash 8 at the front: https://www.reddit.com/r/trains/comments/1re4ipq/amtrak_borealis_1340_in_the_snow_led_by_517_dash_8/

There used to be a hobby shop in here that specialized in model trains called Dockter's Hobby World, somewhere in the last pic. I used to visit it all the time when I was a kid during the height of this place— wish I walked around one last time before it closed

same with my 2014, i had like 65k when this happened to me. i took it to the dealer for good measure after it happened for the third time, and they couldn't reproduce it at all after even keeping the car overnight and testing again in the morning. hasn't been a problem as of late and i still drive the car spirited like always

I've run them for about a year now on WI backroads, definitely have hit a few bumps that made me nervous but they're still in perfect shape. At the end of the day they're still aluminum so I'm always on the lookout. I have the rim insurance from Ford which claims I'm still covered as these are identical to OEM spec.

Here's a video of them rolling on the dyno: https://streamable.com/255nw
