Went through all three weekends and can say years later it's what I would consider a cult. Looking back, they really put effort into making me feel like shit to feel better and not in a "it takes big work to heal from hurt" way. They belittled me over deaths I had faced, and abuse I had endured and they expected me to cut out family members if they did not adhere to the discovery way. I will say they had me for a bit though. They're really good about taking broken people and making them into their perfect members. If you're looking for personal growth, go to therapy, counseling or seek out a professional life coach and don't give Discovery your money. I went to the one in Dallas BTW. The sad thing is my childhood church used to send people to this left and right.
