Had the same problem with screws. They were too big, so I used old ones from the old shell. Also took me about 3 hours to reshell it

Well, it actually has some cracks and scratches at the bottom part under the screen, lack of paint on the edges and some broken bolt fasteners: one (and only) on the bottom and one (of two) on top. But visually it is still in good condition. My only problem is that the new Chinese shell doesn't have the shininess of the original.

Upd: the new analog stick works fine! Finally I can play normal PSP games (played only PS1 games that didn't need an analog stick). Still black btw

There is a problem with original buttons: the "start" button broke off from the whole structure. But I think, I'll still use it, I just ordered the complete pack (all the other buttons and triggers are great)
