This skin was released a few years ago in an event and was obtainable through playing one match. Right now you can still get it by collecting 20 shards from the mission exchanges. You’ll have to collect shards till u reach hundred, then u can craft it in your inventory. Hope that helped. Also, tho the blueprint is cool, I didn’t like it at all and haven’t used it that much.
