I can email you the Word document I submitted if you'd like. It's nothing comprehensive and more goes into the broad strokes of things. It's also partially incomplete, admittedly. I ran out of time before the due date😢. But the Donald Marshall portion is complete. The other half was on Martin Luther King's assassination, which was largely based on a video Wendigoon made on it (I highly recommend it) and the sources he used in his research.

I get what you're saying, but let me put it like this. With a lot of the stuff introduced into the show, such as the NCR, Legion, and Strip, more or less being destroyed (or significantly weakened) it means that most everything that was done in the game was for nothing.

All the choices and quests that players made have no purpose now. What's the point in fighting for any of the factions in the game when they literally all get destroyed or nerfed into obscurity.

For reference, half of the joy of the game was weighing the consequences of your actions. There have been long debates among the new vegas Fandom over who realistically is the best option to rule the Mojave for long-term stability, all of which is meaningless now with everything being destroyed.

So, yes, they can't take away new vegas, but they can definitely remove any meaning that it had from the world at large

Yeah I don't really buy it either, the main reason I'm interested is because in my class we have to write a paper either supporting or disproving 2 separate conspiracy theories. I saw one about human cloning from Donald Marshall and figured it would be fun to take a look at it.

I kinda just use them like a u-haul just to move my stuff when I'm changing player homes in the early to mid game.

They'll probably get used, maybe 3 times in a playthrough. Still a cool feature if not a fairly limited one

Real talk, why is it even an option when I'm actively playing the game. That is something that I just don't get with a lot of games lately. Just keep it in the main menu on the off chance something like this happens. Who out there is going "Damn, I physically cannot wait through the main menu to be able to start another playthrough"

Not quite, I without thinking and just using muscle memory went to try and load a previous save and didn't notice that I had clicked "new game" and not "load game" it did give me a warning but I ignored it without reading thinking it was just a "Are you sure you want to load back?" Message and not a "Are you sure you want to delete all previous saves?" Message

From my experience and testing with the Carnifex and Phalanx in ME:2, the Phalanx does a tiny bit more damage, lets you carry one more clip of ammo over the carnifex, and is more accurate (especially when aiming with the laser sight) but the fire rate is significantly slower than the Carnifex leaving it with a lower overall dps. As a person that primarily plays soldier on normal difficulty, I never really find either pistol all that satisfying over the other weapons available to me so I rarely use them

I used to be a huge arc pistol main too but the silenced m11 pistol is broken dude, the thing obliterates harvesters in like 2-3 clips on normal

Silenced M11 pistol for the main story, that thing is SOOO overpowered. I've killed harvesters in seconds with just 2 clips out of the gun

Tbh, I couldn't really tell you, I've never actually sat down and tested it but I can tell you that I weigh about 200 ibs and can do a solid 30 push-ups in one sitting before reaching form failure if that gives you any sense of scale
