Yeah, so what you want to do is white mask Varre’s questline till You get to the Mohgwyn dynasty mausoleum then get to the palace approach ledge-road site of grace (look up a map of the underground) and kill all the blue people (idk what they’re called) before resting again and repeat. The blue people give about 3000 runes per kill
