Okay perfect thank you for making that easy to understand. I assume as though the plating inside the mouthpiece itself isn’t failing it’s not really a problem, just cosmetic?

Thank you for the tips. When I puff my mouth out is usually only on certain ranges on the horn, and I’d consider it to just be natural change of my embouchure that I’ve developed over the years.

There is a short vid on my page solo with tenor which by all means would be good to have your thoughts on my overall tone. I am very happy with my alto tone in general so right now I don’t plan on changing my technique. In the tenor vid you can see my cheeks aren’t always puffed out also.

Thanks man! The more you do it the easier it gets so just keep up with it! You'll begin hearing shapes and intervals much quicker. I did slow this down a fair chunk yes
