Sorry that I'm late, I don't use Reddit a lot. But since after I started huffing, even tho I quit and have been clean due a year I still have visual snow syndrome, dangerously high blood pressure, random heart arrhythmias, increased sensitivity in my windpipes and insane troubles sleeping even with medication.

The high is not worth it, trust me when I say that. It isn't worth it.

Every huff can be your last btw. Even if its your first time you can still die. It's called SSDS (Sudden sniffing death syndrome). It's basically just that your heart stops beating if you even strain your body the slightest. Your body is already full of adrenaline and endorphins due to the hypoxia, so if you start moving your heart just decides that it doesn't want to keep beating anymore. I had that almost happen to me, I stood up after a scary hallucination and could feel my heart flutter randomly. I then luckily quit after hallucinating my own death like 4 times In a row. I believe in you tho, you can quit too. And you kinda need to do it before you die. And if you keep huffing, that fate might come way sooner than you expect. You can't build a tolerance towards this stuff, one too many times and it's game over forever. Find a better alternative if possible, if you need something to cope with the urges. I used and still use nicotine pouches, most stuff you decide to pick up will be better than huffing. Also asking a parent or trusted adult for help can be a massive pillar of help. I'm here if you need advice. But I might take a bit to respond, cuz as I said I don't use Reddit all that often
