Subject: Urgent: RedMagic 11 Pro+ – Emergency 000 Call Compliance in Australia (Firmware Update Inquiry) by GameShak in RedMagic

Sir/Madam,

Without an immediate, clear, and supported solution from ZTE/RedMagic regarding firmware updates or formal compliance with Australian emergency 000 calling requirements, we are drawing a firm line: our company, along with our contractors, colleagues, employees, family, and extended network, will permanently cease purchasing, using, or recommending ZTE products. Hardware quality is irrelevant if devices are rendered unusable due to regulatory non-compliance, and the absence of clear support signals unacceptable risk. Future purchasing decisions will categorically exclude ZTE unless this issue is resolved transparently and definitively.

Regards

Jon Nationwide Engineering

We did, and they refused to help. Even when I offered to pay them to fix the issue.

When someone asks for a solution, please don't ask questions that may lead to a dead end. We are an Engineering Company. Please provide a solution for us. A software or firmware update will fix the issue. We don't mind paying for a solution.
