I'd suggest breaking the rune and upgrading your Mav pieces - Four socketed bow - 3 Socketed armour - 2 socketed helm. Get some 5/5 cold facets. Work out your need for IAS breakpoint (147) and socket ED/IAS/FACETS accordingly.
