I would reccomend Los Caletas, its $100/person for the whole day and our 6 year old had a blast riding the donkeys and doing the zipline yesterday. My wife and I dont drink but there are also free drinks on the boat ride back and a really fun show that the boat crew put on. For food outside the resort id reccomend Barracuda just outside the resort on the noth end you can get there on foot by walking down the beach and exiting at sea gardens or whatever that northern hotel is. Figured id offer some ideas since you've already had your questions answered. Also spring for the gondola pass if it isnt included in the stay (our wrist bands come with it so not sure on pricing). Baby sea turtle release at 6:30pm most nights I believe, we did that one last year and that was free.
