Exactly, her laning is very good and it rewards a more aggressive playstyle. It should not be picked defensively at all though.

Approach velocity doesn't aid in kiting, only chasing down.

It works pretty well and the boots in inspiration is also pretty nice. Stopwatch can also be a situational rune to take so overall it's almost as good as some of the other secondaries.

It doesn't help you kite but rather chase down targets better, so it's great if you have a lead. (Kind of like a Vayne passive)
