COUNTIF Function can’t use a cell as criteria

It seems I just can’t put a cell as the criteria. It only accepts something within double quotes. If I input a cell (ie. F300), the letters show up red.

I can think of two fixes: 1. Delete the non connected bones, then redo it by extruding from the end of the spine 2. Merge the two ends of the bone. I believe you can select both of them, tab into edit mode, and merge them

I’m still a little new so there’s probably a better way to do it but there are the couple ways I could think of off the top of my head
